1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • In its original packaging, including all tags and labels.
  • Returned within 15 days of receiving the item.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return or exchange due to their nature. These include:

  • Eco Friendly Pots: Due to their eco-friendly materials, these pots cannot be returned once used.
  • Garden Paint & Fence Treatments: These products are non-returnable once opened or used.

3. Return & Exchange Process

Follow these steps to initiate a return or exchange:

  2. Receive Instructions: We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to return the item.
  3. Ship the Item: Package the item securely and ship it to the address provided. Please include the RAN on the outside of the package.
  4. Wait for Processing: Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and process your return or exchange within 5 business days.

4. Refund Process

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase. Please allow:

  • Credit Card Payments: 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
  • PayPal Payments: 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect in your PayPal account.

5. Exchange Process
