Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons, processing times may slightly extend, but we strive to keep delays to a minimum.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two shipping options to cater to your needs:
- Standard Shipping: Delivered via DHL or FedEx, with an estimated delivery time of 10-15 business days after dispatch. Shipping fee: $12.95.
- Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50, delivered via EMS with an estimated delivery time of 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must meet the following criteria:
- Unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
- In its original packaging, including all tags and labels.
- Returned within 15 days of receiving the item.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to their nature, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Eco Friendly Pots: Once used, these pots cannot be returned due to their eco-friendly materials.
- Garden Paint & Fence Treatments: These products are non-returnable once opened or used.
Return & Exchange Process
Follow these steps to initiate a return or exchange:
- Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and details of the item you wish to return or exchange.
- Receive Instructions: We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to return the item.
- Ship the Item: Package the item securely and ship it to the address provided. Please include the RAN on the outside of the package.
- Wait for Processing: Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and process your return or exchange within 5 business days.
Refund Process
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase. Please allow:
- Credit Card Payments: 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
- PayPal Payments: 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect in your PayPal account.
Exchange Process
If you wish to exchange an item, please indicate the desired replacement in your initial email. We will ship the new item once the returned item is received and inspected.
